Hey y’all,
Happy Friday. I hope you are still sane after this crazy week.
Welcome to this edition of Shiny Object Friday. Where we share 5 shiny objects to keep us distracted and close out our week.
This week’s version of Shiny Object Friday is brought to you by Tripped Travel Gear.
Large Packing Cube Set with See Through Mesh- Compression Packing Cubes Travel Organizers
The holidays are coming up, and there’s a good chance you will be traveling. These packing cubes are the perfect way to keep everything organized on the go.
If you’re flying, these cubes are even better. They allow more space in your luggage for things like presents from Black Friday shopping, laptops, or even a turkey.
The mesh-compression cubes changed the travel game for me, and they will do the same for you.
1. What if regular exercise is the best cognitive exercise?
We know the benefits of regular exercise from a physical perspective.
But what if the mental perspective reaps the benefits as well? People are worried AI will take over our ability to think. You know the saying:
“If you don’t use it, you lose it.”
Well physical exercise will keep the mind and body sharp.
2. When you're 3 but just sold your first house
No comment needed. Just laughs 😂
3. Digital Books wear out faster than Physical Books
I always choose physical books over digital books.
They are easier to read, easier to keep from distractions, and look cool if you collect them like me. I am a huge proponent of Audible, but I will still buy the physical copy from Half Price Books if I really enjoy it.
4. Introducing Notion AI
AI is the newest craze now that we’re building in a bear market.
Notion AI has a very cool MVP coming out. It’s very cool to see AI develop in real time. Notion will be the next Figma, who gets bought out buy a large competitor.
Copyrighting with AI is a small scope trend that feels like arbitrage right now.
5. Costco hotdog & soda combo price 1985 vs 2022
The best hot dogs for the best price and the price never changes.
Have a good week and we will we talk next week.
